They call me to sell me iPhone 13, for £30 per month, They said will pay all my obligations to my previous Phone service provider it is roughly £500, and I will pay nothing. I didn't trust them and close the phone.

This UK mobile number called my mobile and it was an automated voice saying it was about my "Visa OR Mastercard" (which one?) and that £600 had been spent on it 15 minutes ago. Press 1 to stop the payment. I did not press anything and hung up.

They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent. Called my mobile while I was driving. Although I have hands-free I did not answer because it was an unrecognised number. Once home I looked it up on several sites; on other sites other people have left reports of a scam, fake calls purporting to be Virgin Media etc. I have blocked the number.
