Pieroth wines who I have never had any dealings with, from a scam competition for coca cola that immediately spawned daily scam calls from various numbers. I told them they would be flagged as a scammed, after which all the scam calls have stopped. Think very carefully before giving any useful details to these people. I would not trust them. At the very least they have proved to have no respect for data protection they either bought my phone number from a dodgy company or they are the dodgy company.

Told me they were ringing as I had a car on finance; I don't. Then asked if I had purchased a car on finance or PCP between 2014 and 2019, again, answered no. Then asked if I had mortgage or loan recently, again said no. Then ended the call. Hopefully with those answers, they won't bother calling again.
Automated "suspicious activity" message, mentioned £1000 foreign transfer. I let them talk to my answering machine and ignored. Interestingly, had another call 10 mins later, this time from 01732 896820 - they hung up immediately my machine kicked in. Probably the same scammer using different numbers??

I had a message from this phone number stating that my bank account had been compromised and was requesting that I should click on the link. I did not perform this action as the message did not look authentic.

HMRC SCAM 07477 169835 - Just received a call from this number purporting to be from HMRC about a letter being returned and threatening legal action and to press One to speak to an officer. Recorded voice message was a female with American accent.

Almost certainly SPAM/SCAM as it called at the usual parasites'/pests' evening time, in this case 6.30pm. SCAM Called saying they were from BT and my internet speed had been reported as an issue. A technician are working on it, but it was software on my router that was wrong. Got me to look up internet speed. Gave them fake results, which would have been top drawer, to be told they were not good Passed me to another technician to get me to open windows run and enter 'www.anydesk.com'. That scam has been doing the rounds for years. Told them I worked in IT, and they hung up!
