This number rang few times if answer call noone speaks then hangs up
I received a call from this number saying that there is a lawsuit against my name and I needed to pay £1500+. I quickly asked him why not HRMC send my home a letter instead of a phone call (usually they send letters or emails). The person who was on the line was speaking in broken English (or acquired English accent). I do not yet know if that was a fake call, but asked him to send me a letter to my home with all the details.
I received a call from a Asian speaking guy on my company office phone. Claiming to be from Microsoft asked to speak to someone about the computers. He was claiming that the computers will be block in 30 minutes. As I didn’t know who I should be passing him on to I asked for his name and number to be passed on for him to get a call back. Name: Peter Johnson – 08081 893 270. it a scam googling the number doesn t even come up with the Microsoft page.

I immediately said I haven't had an accident in the last three years as I get so many of these calls, he then said I'm calling about your laptop on Gumtree I said it's sold and he then said I'm going to ***k your wife, I said I don't have a wife and he replied I'm going to **** your sister at which point I hung up and blocked the number.

Do not give them any information, just tell them you're going to confirm you're speaking with Metrobank by hanging up and calling the number yourself - they won't put up a fight apart from asking you to google the number they're using as caller ID to confirm it's the same (it's not the actual number they're calling from).

Didn t leave explanation as to why but told to ring the number and press opt one. Could still have been spam but it was the North Wales Hospital Board General Appointments Centre trying to contact me to book a test.
I had similar call saying - entered my details in holiday trip competition , then they asked me my email then got suspicious told them to call later, 2nd the called me but I did not answer and they did not leave any message. I have blocked this number.
