They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Constantly calling my husband who is getting terrible distressed. Insisting that he had phoned them regarding PPI claim which they were handling on his behalf. He hadn t. Requested they removed his number but still insisting he called them. Double checked his outgoing calls - hadn t rang them but they won t take no for an answer.
