Called March 10 2922. Domestic appliance insurance scam. Didn't wait for all the details. Typical asian voice saying insurance was running out. Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. If in doubt find the phone number you want from an independent source and phone them.

Called yesterday but left no message. Called again today but silence when I picked up. Looked number up on several sites - indications that it is an energy related scam with initial calls to check that your landline is live.
I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). When I politely declined, the caller said (as they hung up) "Fuck you, fuck you in the face". Which may well have been the only genuine thing about the call. I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.

Automated call - Didn't answer, then got a 5s voicemail of a Liverpool accent (phone had auto-identified dialling code as Liverpool) saying "ah right, OK, well we'll take you off our list then". I suspect this was an automated response after my voicemail "answered" to say not available, leave your message etc. and voicemail recorded tail end of the response. Crafty.
