Unsolicited call from some sort of marketing company in Leeds called Smart Compare. I have blocked this number now.
This phone number is listed on Google as a Thai restaurant but seems to be the new phone number for Complete Mathematics. I had to block them previously as they would not stop SPAM calling and now they have a new phone number. This is a reputable company who is allowing their image to be tarnished by these constant calling practices. SPAM

SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.
This number messaged me on WhatsApp “ Have a great day????” and clearly was suspicious. It was marked as a business account, so I don’t know what it was trying to do but I certainly don’t trust it haha.

This number has been calling for well over a year. If you pick up its not answered but sounds like something may happen like a message. I don't wait for that I hang up before. If you try to hang up what dialling, it doesn't work!! Bastards, but OK it's a freephone number but it doesn't do anything useful just block it. It's a waste of battery.

First said it was from Sky, (knew my name and address), said my contract ended now in begin of April, I corrected saying it was only next month. Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. I have received phone calls from this number a few times so I called to tell them to stop calling. The call went to the answering machine message "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and wait for the next available agent" - no mention of company name (always a rubbish sign), I waited 5 minutes and they disconnected.
Caller asked if I was name when I said quothuhquot they hung up I recalled them but their number is now not in service

I think it's fair to say he was up to no good. And judging by the street view below, the number is likely spoofed as I can't see a boiler room operation going on in a highland village.
