Purporting to be bank security calling about an Amazon transaction and an International transaction. Calls 3/4 times a day using various local numbers.
Computerised call claiming to be from Amazon Customer services. Very likely a phishing exercise.

This number has been making numerous calls today before 8am. It alternates with a private caller saying they are from Virginmedia. I have checked with the company who have no record of any calls being made to me. Annoying maybe dangerous.

I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.

SCAM! Claiming to be calling from Microsoft in relation to a device that is compromised. Caller kept changing tact from it being a product in my name to one in my husbands name, and from a device to a license then refused to give details of what was alleged to be compromised.

SCAM I believe A woman, sounding Indian, pretending to be from BT OpenReach about my internet quality We don't buy our internet from BT I suspect this was one of those "we have discovered traffic on your line caused by viruses and need to log in to your computer to fix it" scam calls. The call didn't get that far though. She hung up, probably realised that I knew what I was talking about.

Automated call this call was a recorded message saying about bank security and that transactions have taken place if its not the case to press either 1 or 2. I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. My elderly brother went all the way through to speak to someone and realised at the last minute it was a scam so put the phone down but it worried him so much he rang his bank to make sure everything was alright. It was.

When I asked how do I know they are Revolut, they said I can check number at the back of the card. Indian call centre person (could hear others in the background trying to scam others), claiming to be from the Utilities Department. Told him I knew he was a scammer as there is no such thing as the Utilities Department. He hung up and I blocked the number. They also use 0161 669 0643 and 0640. Seems they have purchased quite a few numbers to scam people.
