Yet another spoofed mobile number call to my landline. They always have my name. How do they get my details. Invariably Asian sounding callers, beginning to suspect a problem at BT!

Whoever gave them phone numbers are as guilty as them.

Getting calls from this number every day, I want it stopped

I have received at least 20-25 calls per day for the last two days from the telephone number 0141 228 2223. I do not answer the calls (I call screen) but they never leave any me...

This is the same company "CA services" or "C A Services" that his mate calls from. They share the same phone scrambler which generates these random numbers....

I rang the number back and they answered as The Claims Helpdesk and I hung up. It is obviously one of them accident claim people that get a list of numbers to call even though I haven t had an accident.

Appears to be British Gas rearranging a pre-booked appointment

Just another in a long line of big companies who want money for old rope if you don t want to use them anymore.

This number called and an automated voice asked me to confirm if my name was Nicolson (it isn t) when I clicked option 2 to speak to someone to update their records I got another repeating automated voice telling me the lines were busy and that they were calling on behalf of a company called Dorkies in Hardengreen. Hardengreen is about 10 miles from me. I did a Google search while listening to this automated message and couldn t find any company with that name or similar and hung up assuming it s a scam.
