Received a call 14th Feb 2023. It showed up as suspected spam but call ended quickly whilst I was still thinking about whether to answer. Probably was company offering to get us money back for timeshare purchase. A recent call also showed as suspected spam turned out to be from garage confirming my appointment with them.
Bank scam again - Amazon account blocked and money transfer abroad - I just put phone down. I get these calls sometimes 3 or 4 times a week WHY can't something be done to stop them!!!!!

Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I told him I was suspicious of this call, he diverted me to another person who repeated the discount spiel. Asked why I'd be getting a discount, he said many complaints to O2 has led them to offer 'selected customers' a discount; I wouldn't have to give him any personal details, he would send me 2 texts. so I told him to sod off and disconnected the call. Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them.
