Called today 03.05.23 around 13:20 stating they were from EE, however got my name wrong. Hung up the call, reported to TPS

09.40 21-3-23 phone call from 01204363677 from the start female voice very distorted till near the end of short "conversation" fine of £90 was all I could make out and ring back on this number. I assumed it was a scam and terminated the call.

This is a scam. they try to get you to invest. they never give up and will use different numbers all over England. Each person who calls you is of Indian origins. Not possible in England not to have one person who is not and indian. Especially with Englands diversity. Just dont answer or hang up and block the number.

Another 'service' calling about my unresolved landlord repair. I returned their call to ask they remove my number. As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. My wife answered. Foreign male called asking to speak to XXX. No security questions asked. Claimed he was from Microsoft. When told we were on TPS, he became argumentative. He clearly hadn't heard of TPS. When asked to remove our details from their database he became aggressive and said he would disconnect our phone at our address. He knew our address because he read it out! He then put the phone down when I said in the background we were connecting to the police.
