Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages. Scam. They insisted I had asked for help with services and sent me an email to prove it. Email is blank apart from the only thing there - a button that says "Previous messages". I had no dealings with the caller previously and I know I haven't sent any emails. So it is clear that link goes to and does something fishy!!!

SCAM!! Received a call from "David" from carphone warehouse. He called me "Mam" on the phone, and when i asked him what my name was, he said their privacy policy didn't allow them to see names, just numbers. I said I didn't accept calls from people if they didn't know my name and his reply was "are you deaf or something?" I didn't get the chance to answer his question as he swiftly hung up! Clearly a scammer of some sort! AVOID!!

Has called repeatedly over the last couple of weeks. Never leaves a message. Often rings twice with just seconds between calls.
Called a TPS registered line, asking for a named individual, and identifying themselves as "Jess from BT", and asking to talk about "Your broadband line". This is despite our Internet services not being provided by BT, and the named person that "Jess" was asking for having nothing to do with the provision of our broadband. If she really was from BT (which I very much doubt that she was) then it would be one good reason not to touch them with several barge-poles strapped together.
Keeps leaving a voicemail after the call. Voicemail cites the number that called and advises not to disregard the message as the matter at hand is time sensitive.
