Original call number came in as V21309255500012, when picked up and answered, no response, just silence. After hanging up, hit CID button (caller ID) and the new number was revealed as 1-778-555-0161, a number from British Vancouver.

I only use this number for comparethemarket, that's where he has got it from. I would say it's British Gas database as that's what I was looking to change to.
