I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. This number called me several times, but the call went silent. I called the number back (located in Shetlands) and I was put in to a queue which kept saying "Your call is important to us, please hold for the next available agent". After waiting for almost 4 minutes I hung up. This is probably another scam caller who has been banned from every other UK city so now they ve been forced to set up shop in the Shetlands. I ve now blocked the number.

Has called twice, first time no answer, second time answered to a woman with a Birmingham accent. Despite being on the TPS they still called. Using a mobile number they obviously use people working from home to cold call. Have now blocked.
