Has called twice, first time no answer, second time answered to a woman with a Birmingham accent. Despite being on the TPS they still called. Using a mobile number they obviously use people working from home to cold call. Have now blocked.

Recorded message about oven cleaning. did not recall just hung up when message played. Looked up on Google and says you will be charged premium rate if dialled back. This is a scam call.

Very hard sales tactics and don?t take no for an answer. When I explained that I didn?t want the insurance, his tone changed and wouldn?t stop trying to convince me that I was being ridiculous for not wanting it. No idea who this belongs to and I have no desire to find out...it doesn`t matter who it belongs to...I have not answered my landline phone for several years now as ALL the calls are from salespeople/scammers/fraudsters...the ONLY reason I have a landline now is due to having broadband although I don`t see why this is still necessary with today s technology...it is high time this nonsense was brought to an end.
