I only looked on site out of interest and signed up to see what the cost of a subscription was. Too expensive for me so haven t followed through. i did not request any kind of call back so am not pleased they feel the need to call me.
I have also had the silent and then Goodbye calls from this number. Today I spoke to two of their agents on two seperate calls. The company is called Consumer Care Direct based in Manchester and claim to save money for you, as long as you give them some. After telling the first caller that I would be reporting them to TPS I received another call 3 minutes later from an arrogant agent calling himself Victor. "Our Student Fundraisers will call you from 0121 678 1000, but please note that this number is outgoing only. A recording about recent insulation I've had put in my attic (I haven't). After I said "this is a recording isn't it" a short delay and then he said I'm new here I'll admit I'm following a script but I'm not a robot then he repeated the exact same sentence as he opened with so I hung up.

Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!
