Called me just now and claimed to be 'Jane from the NHS', in relation to the covid-19 pandemic and the need to update emergency medical records. I replied that the NHS would not do such a thing, and they immediately hung up.

He said there seems to be some fraudulant activity on my account and I should move all my money into the main account and then he would change all my account numbers and sort codes He sent messages from 08000 123 123 and he confirmed Santander will always use this number as it uses the 123 from their 123 account. Remember: Your bank will never ask you to move money!

I have received numerous calls from these people over the past few weeks on my mobile, which i use for both business and personal calls, they are more frequent when I bump my advert on Gumtree, so i can only deduce that they are scouring Gumtree for numbers to call. I had an accident year before last and was insured with Aviva. The called said they were from Aviva and knew this my car and name and Excess. Said claim now reached stage of getting compensation for my time off work and they could get me compensation in the next few weeks now the car damage and liability had all now been agreed. I only realised something wasn't quite right, when they didn't know the date of the accident. Required a card payment of the excess to release payment.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases free boiler replacement scam). I recommend to block the whole 84305006xx range... Did someone answer this number?
