This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Unfortunately, the development of technology is a tumb up in our lives as well as a tumb down for our security and privacy. In this case is better not to answer and the ringing stops if dismissed.
