An Indian sounding lady called to say I owed money on a three sim only contract with them. She claimed I had started a new contract with them in May. This was untrue as I had transferred my contract to Smarty when my contract had ended with them in June. Conversation got quite heated and I asked to speak to a manager. The number called me and rang for some time which is a characteristic of spam calls. After checking on W C M I rang back the number but just went dead another characteristic of spam calls. If they ring again I will answer and update who it is using this number

I rang the number 0161 641 8499 and heard a recorded message saying were called by Market Research to ask questions about household for household companies
This number called me on my landline & when I answered there was a pre-recorded message to the effect that there had been suspicious transactions on my bank card. I strongly suspect this is a scam.

Supposedly from a Medical Alert company saying I may be eligible for a medicalert bracelet. He claimed they were based in Dorset and supplied all over the UK. When asked who he wanted to speak to he wasn't very forthcoming. After me asked a second time who he wanted to speak to, he hung up.

Recorded message reporting unusual activity on my credit card. One transaction from Amazon and a foreign transaction for 999 pounds. Press 1 to authorise payment or 2 to speak to an advisor Strongly suspect this is a scam. As it was a local number I tried to call it back later and got unobtainable signal. Beware.
