This is UNICEF call and harasses me daily. The calls are to a UK mobile but since I live in France each call costs both me and UNICEF money - far in excess of my original text donation. Claimed to be from Coventry, offering to help with a serious problem on my computer. I asked him what sort of computer he thought I had. He cleverly said he didn t know and would not ever access my computer because that would be illegal. I pretended to play along for a bit, until he got annoyed with my frivolous answers to questions and hung up. Definitely a fraudster.
