just had call from this company, I asked the company name, I think the guy said Accident Claims Expert, it was difficult to understand the name due to his accent and poor line quality. I told him I was going to sue them for cold calling. He said their database indicated I had been involved in an accident. Total lies

loan company who want first loan payment up front and a further £200.00 fee. do not use rip off loan sharks

I answered the phone and a female said I'm not speaking to you any more and hung up! lol. Maybe she had called me before and I had told her off!Random!

This caller knew my name (but not my correct surname- so not bonafide) and claimed that they had my information because I had been involved in an accident and they were handling the claim. I have not. And when I told the man this, he changed the tack and claimed that someone else had given me as as a contact for their own claim. Nonsense. No one would have done that, or know to do that (the mobile number is not readily available). Three hours later they rang again and, when I answered, hung up. H

Repeatedly asked for a colleague, when I asked where they were calling from immediately hung up the phone.

This was a missed call, so I called it back but just got the BT message "you've dialled an incorrect number" so it appears that at today's date, the number is not actually allocated and falsely used to hide the real number - Not sure how they do this and when are BT/Openreach going to stop this happening and clean up their system - the number displayed should be the actual number being used, ok, number blocking is another matter but should only be reserved for private numbers, going to gue

Claiming I have had an accident in last 2-3 years. When I asked where they got my info from they claimed a RTA record sheet. Advised they did not and I was making a complaint to the ICO she hung up. Block at all costs!!!

Since having a minor accident 8 months ago, I've now had calls from over 30 different accident claims companies. Absolutely sick of them. They've got my home number, work number and mobile number. Relentless.
