Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

This number is used on a site called first choice trailers Ltd to sell agricultural trailers and machinery. Its a SCAM!!. They usually sell on marketplace. Do NOT buy off these people.
