When the guy asked me when the crash was, I asked him when he thought it was, as clearly knew something I didn't, and he hung up. Called my landline on 5/June/20. English woman, apparently in a call centre. They had my name (I didn't confirm) and claimed to be from BT-Openreach, although I don't get my service from BT. Strike 1 She then claimed I was with Zen Internet (I'm not). Strike 2 I declined to give the name of my service provider and asked what she was after. She hung up. Looked dodgy to me.
