Called by 0845286 1446 at 1.38pm today, 25/07/2017. There was silence when I answered the phone - I said "hello" twice, then put the phone down. This is the first time I have been called by this calling centre - usually they have a 0203, or 0800 number. I thought cold calling was illegal ?

I received a missed call from this number but it also came up as 01708 907436. Don't know how they can show two numbers at the same time. However I was driving and didn't answer!!
