03335565520 Reading comments here it would appear it's Lowell Debt Collectors. I nor my Husband have any outstanding or Defaulted payments/Debts so no idea why they keep phoning our number. I received a call that didn't get through on our Call blocking phone last week, I've just seen that they tried again yesterday but with a different number, both numbers are now completely blocked and any further numbers will also be blocked.
