I think it is a sub-contracted call centre (why it might sound disingenuous?) of sales people for Sky broadband or agents on commission from Sky. I found this number on my 11 year old daughters phone and when I checked it out found that it belongs to a 40 year old man named Ali who met my daughter through Instagram and was trying to get her to meet up with him - reported to police who are now investigating and have arrested the individual for interview - he is VERY DANGEROUS beware
