Call from this number alleging to be a court enforcement officer regarding an unpaid advertisement debt. Definitely fraud and reported to Action Fraud and police. Tried to get over £2000 from me. I'm more and more convinced it is a scam. I was called this morning, by an automated voice, that there is a proceeding against me because I didn't pay my taxes, and if I want to avoid further consequences (including jail!), I should press 1. Pulled over, pressed 1, a female voice greeted me and asked for personal data. I didn't give any, and asked if there is a number I can call them back on. She said she would call me back later instead. Once home, checekd with HMRC, no issues with my status or taxes.

Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!
