Told him I don't deal with google, he claimed no available help at google. when I said I can't help with google and to contact them, he said only 'he can set his password'. Said I was being 'funny about it and told me I was weird'. blocked the number.

Called this morning, automated message saying my amazon prime account was due for renewal, very hard to believe as I don't have a amazon prime account. I hung up before the end of the message.
This is a value added number meaning they charge you. I called Barclays Bank Sutton Coldfield, got no reply twice and was charged a pound a time. What a scam!!!

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. This number calls and claims to be investors. Very rude individuals who call and push you to invest and they are so rude when you decline. They keep changing numbers but it is the same network of people - they are using different numbers to call - I have already blocked at least 10 other numbers they have used to contact me- stay well clear of them please!!
