I am calling on behalf of the Local Government Grant Scheme". I asked if he was from the local government, and he said yes. "Which local government?" I asked. "Nottinghamshire," he replied. Twice this number called me. The second time immediately after I cancelled the first call. I refuse to answer any unknown numbers and I have not given whom ever they are my number or given permission to anyone else to do so. Seriously thinking about changing my number but I doubt that will solve these unwanted calls.
