Bonjour, y'a t il des gens qui ont reçu une proposition de logement suspecte avec insistance de paiement à distance rapidement sans même l'avoir rencontrée ou autre proposition suspecte ? Étudiante bientôt sur Clermont Ferrand, suite à des recherches sur le bon coin, j'ai été étrangement contactée par mail alors que je n'ai jamais consulté d'annonce venant de cette personne par l'adresse mail [email protected] puis par ce numéro de téléphone étant censé être celui de la dite personne.

I was trying to activate a phone on my company network and after working with Verizon and the phone started initializing it came up with this phone number which is 1/2 way around the world for Bribane. Verizon still working on figuring it out. Not sure how this phone number was hijacked to a phone number so far away from my location and mysteriously changed numbers. The phone number on the account has been on my account for 25 years now.
Missed call, left no vm, no msg, nothing to ID themselves, usually means something crooked these days. Don't know anyone in Manchester, would not have answered it anyway. Blocking this no. & reporting it to provider, etc., or anyone who will take note, if u do that every time for every nuisance/phishing call, it mostly stops for a while at least. Beware, stay safe.

have no idea where they got my number but they didn't leave a message so I'll be blocking them I never trust a call that I don't know or don't leave a message if they are official then they would say who and why I received a call

This is a genuine NHS number. They use it to call patients to cancel/alter appointments mostly. They cannot leave messages on answerphones because of confidentiality issues.

Normally if the caller is reluctant to leave voicemail it’s because they are trying to extract info out of you via questionable means without any recourse. In my considered opinion this is a 'SPAM' call. The caller repeatedly interrupted me when I was trying to speak! Said he was from an organisation called 'Premier Rewards'. Sounded highly suspicious - he was telling me he wanted to give me some money .... for nothing!! Yeah!!!

Apparently I applied for life insurance, even though what I suffer from life insurance can't cover. Never ACTUALLY even googled life insurance, simply talked to my partner as he's reaching his 50s in a few years. But this guy was persistent and insisted I applied, so I asked the name of his business and he couldn't answer. Google didn't even acknowledge the number.
