I got an email asking me to ring this number regarding an overpayment on a car insurance policy from 2014. Thinking that it might be a scam I went online to find the customer services number for the company and rang them on that number not 0330 100 7303. It is a genuine email, they gave me my details correctly and then gave me my old bank account details. because I have changed my bank since 2014 they are sending me a cheque in the post instead. MY friend who s was in my home whlst i was out took a phone call she did make a note of the time and the callers name. the man on the phone told my friend i would know what it was about, I have never heard of this company and now i ve seen this site i don t think i will be contacting them back who ever they are, but on cheaking my call list on the phone i can see they have called a few times but never left any message, so wonders what scam this is.
