I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. This number is used along with other numbers with the area code 020 380 and in the range 70648 to 70653 from my experience. I believe the calls are made using VOIP via a service centre in the UK and appear to be calls coming from London, but actually come from Israel or Cyprus or Bulgaria. These calls are from OptionFM a binary Option trading scam operated by Banc de Binary based in Israel.
