Indian chap rang asked if I was Mrs Spencer (it wasn't my surname but I didn't tell him that). He said he was from the Telephone Preference Service (LOTS of other Indian-sounding people talking in the background, sounded like a call centre). Asked if I was still receiving scam phone calls. I asked him what he wanted and he said that they could stop all these scam calls. I said "oh yes really?? and how much is that going to cost me?!!". Rang me at 12.17pm on 23/11/2015 Knew my surname and as always I never give any information out before I knew who the caller is and why there calling. They said they doing a simple survey and had 4 simple questions and were not selling anything (yeah right) after I said no comment to them asking if I was mr so and so and my address no comment.
