Claimed to be some kind of broker / finance guy, we spoke a little while and we ended the conversation in a friendly way when I said I was not interested. I'm from Norway so don't really want to deal with a London based company when it comes to finance. I had a lot of phones from London lately (different numbers but probably related) which I have avoided / not answered. Let's hope answering this one stops the ringing.

This number should be a landline from Leeds - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... SCAM - Automated voice recording upon answering the call - claimed to be from HMRC regarding legal action. Hung up and blocked the number.
Wanted to refund me £24.99 for a cold calling blocking service obtained from BT 4 years ago. Knew my personal information such as name, address and postcode. Wanted my sort code and account number. When I told them they were trying to scam me they hung up, which confirms their intentions. Block number, you have been warned!
