Fraud American accent, pre-recorded message saying it was HMRC and there was a problem with my tax record. Told me that in order to avoid jail I needed to sort this out immediately and had to press 1 to be put through to an advisor. Potentially very threatening for anyone who didn’t recognise it as a scam. Google search reveals that if I had pressed 1 my call might have been rerouted to a different country and I could have faced hefty phone charges.
I received call from this number claiming to be reporting that my desktop computer had been hacked. Suspicious. Caller broke off when I expressed doubts about veracity of his claims.

Just received a very aggressive call from this number to my mothers house she is 90 and hung up the first time because she could hear. I answered second time when they rang back and was shouted at why do you hand up.
