Immediately hung up on answer, I called back, went to a weird sounding voicemail. I hung up. So unsure if spam or not. I have had some Spam calls from 0151 numbers over the past few weeks though.
I have received calls from this number and as soon as I answer they hang up. Tried calling back but just background music and message saying 'this call is important we will be with you shortly'. Called for 12 minutes and hung up.
