I've had a text message from this number saying "Let's chat on WhatsApp!", with no introduction to say who the message is from.
Scam. Pretending to be a mobile operator. Trying to get personal data, banking data, card numbers. Calling from various similar numbers
Standard Indian Call Centre spam, something about a free phone. When they could hear I was aware, put phone down. Called them back few times for a laugh but they know I know.
Unsolicited call which I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number. No voicemail received and no messages through other sources so from this I assume it was dodgy in some way.SPAM

I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. My elderly brother went all the way through to speak to someone and realised at the last minute it was a scam so put the phone down but it worried him so much he rang his bank to make sure everything was alright. someone claiming to be from O2 called me just now from this number. They were offering a 30% discount on all my bills until the end of my contract, asked me if I wanted to go ahead and told me I would get two text messages with a code I needed to read back to them. Usefully, the text messages were from O2 (the caller had gone into my profile and done a forgotten password which triggers the texts) but the messages said very clearly not to share the info with anyone, even if they claim to be working from O2.

This number called my business phone. I picked up and there was no response. I said hello? The reply was "mmm I'm gonna cum" and he put the phone down. My husband called back, he picked up the phone but as soon as he heard my husbands voice he put the phone down.
