Revolting little con man - received a call this morning saying my computer was sending error msgs. Tried to get me to go through his instructions on the computer. When challenged on why and whether he was calling from Microsoft, he got aggressive. When I hung up, he called back. I told him to p*** off and called him.a revolting little con man. Told him not to call again, however he kept calling back saying he was going to call morning, noon and night. Reported to my landline provider who blocked the call. B

Insurance for appliances. Smart Cover Solutions telephoned me on this number. A salesman who gave his name as Luke Smith trying to sell kitchen appliance insurance cover. He had my name, address, bank details, password?, kitchen appliances. Not all the information was true, and I did not enlighten him what was true and what wasn’t. He said he could reduce the insurance by 40%, I pay on my washing machine. I do not have any insurance on it! I told him I was contacting bank fraud department.

Repeated, fairly local-to-me, caller who just wont get the message that I am not interested in discussing a phone contract which is NOT mine (they have now been told three times) to discuss with them. I think that they do not believe me, as I can literally hear them "glaze over" and mark my number down for repeat call another time. This latest time- less than 24 hours later.
