questionable number that appears to have about a billion companies registered under its name
EE customers have been recieving text messages from this number saying they have a voicemail and to listen to the voicemail they must dial 222 before it is automatically deleted.. 222 is a premium number and it will cost you to listen to the voicemail.

Some random person calling me.
Called on our TPS registered line from a predictive dialler (i.e. we pick up the phone, say "Hello" and give our company name, then there is silence until the call is actually connected with a sudden burst of call-centre noise and a voice says "Hello?"). Claimed to be calling "On behalf of The Trade Directory", yadda-yadda-yadda. Hung up after a few seconds, as couldn t be bothered to listen to yet another heavily-accented drone stumbling through his script at us, down a crackly VoIP line from Mumbai.
Just a thought .... Does anyone know how they manage to get the info regarding which providers you have (or have held ) accounts with. Surely this contravines privacy rights?
