At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. Claiming to be from DWP. I got the call completely out the blue. It was a pre-recoded voice. A definite whiff of fraud about it. I hung up.
