There is a post going round Facebook saying this number, purporting to be from Lloyds Bank Fraud division, is in fact scammers trying to get you to call them so they can get your private bank details from you. If in doubt, Google your bank's telephone number to get their fraud dept - don't rely on the telephone number in the letter. It may look legitimate, but it may not be.
