"coinbase" crypto advance fee scam

Claiming to be Hammersmith police station over bank card fraud, check lots of bank acc details, then say when the call is finished a dialling tone sounds and to dial one's bank customer advice. This takes you through to another fraudster claiming to be your bank who takes more details then says they are transferring you to the serious fraud office. Automated message advising that unauthorised transactions have come out of my bank account. Then advising me to press 1 to give my bank details.

Called about 20 times from 8am on a Sunday morning to around 9am on the Monday morning. BT Call Guardian took care of it as the spammers/scammers will never bother to 'announce' themselves... they can't when they're using autodiallers to try and connect to as many number as possible. Automated message claiming to be from Amazon. Claiming that order had been placed on hold due to suspicious activity on card and to press 1 to talk to advisor. Phishing scam.

Asian sounding women claiming to me that she is calling from EE, she asked if I have an account with her then when I replied ‘you should know’, she then proceeded to reply with an ‘oh my god’ and then hung up the phone.

Scam. Text message from this number purporting to be from EVRi, stating that there is a shipping fee to pay on a parcel, along with a link to a website where payment can be made. Ignore - fraudulent/con attempt.

Asian-sounding man claimed be representing BT OpenReach and was calling about my internet connection

Call blocked via landline call blocker - no voice message left. so assume a scam/spam call

Asian accented male called "George" who wanted to know which handset and mobile provider I was using. I asked if he would like to stop wasting time and just ask for my credit card details. He hung up.

Didn't answer. Looked it and and over a dozen reports of various scam attempts including pretending to be HMRC.

Recorded message saying suspicious payments made and someone had used my card on Amazon for £300, hung up before the end of the message.

Had ring me 2 days in a row. A man with a very strong Indian accent said he was ringing from O2 saying as a loyal O2 customer I qualify for a discount on my O2 monthly bill. When he started asking me to go into messages to see a text he was sending to me I decided it sounded dodgy and hung up. Today I just told them I don't believe they are ringing from O2 and told them to F off before hanging up.

SCAM called to discuss damp problems reported in my property, I don’t have damp issues and have never reported any problems. I own my own property so knew immediately that this was a scam, talked to them long enough to get the gist of what they were trying to do before hanging up.

Indian accent claiming to be EE running a promotion. He ask for some pretty personal information. Name, address etc things EE should already have on file. Did not know the branch he was working from and was pretty adamant to get card info to enroll for the so called promotion but I had already picked up that it was a scam so no information was provided.

Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!
