SCAM. My girlfriend got a call saying they were HMRC, and that she will be arrested and they asked for her personal details.

They're calling to offer a survey conducted by British Lung Foundation about loft insulation and if you have questions and try to challenge them they hang up straight away without saying anything... can't wait to be called again!
FRAUD Had the same call yesterday but different local number Foreign voice saying he was called John Claiming to be card security and asked for my bank name. I asked which card and they hung up. This number belongs to a window company. When asked where they got my landline number from (rarely used) the lady hung up instantly.
Fraud - received an SMS saying it was from the NHS and I'd been in close contact with someone who has COVID and to order a test from a link in the SMS. Stupidly, I clicked on the link, and entered card details for Postage of a PCR. RBS got in touch and cancelled the card, although 2 large transactions had been attempted. DO NOT CLICK ANY LINKS IN ANY SMS OR ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.
