I answer the number and got a recorded message about claiming back bank charges. I pressed 5 to speak to an advisor as I have never paid bank charges and I have been registered with the TPS for over 10 years. The lady said she was from Consumer Advice Centre in Swansea and she said they buy in contact details and all the TPS registered numbers were supposed to have been removed, but obviously they haven't.

It called my mobile. When I returned the call, from a landline number, I got a recorded message in an American accent saying all lines were busy, then it cut off.

SCAM Crime Prevention Initiative trying to sell advertising in a magazine. When I've asked around, this is a scam and it sounds like the magazine referred to does not exist!
I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!
