TAXES / HMRC Automated message. Had similar before. “This is HMRC. You are under investigation for tax fraud. Press 1 immediately to speak to your case officer. Failure to do so immediately will result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.....” I did not press 1, so cannot say what happens if one does.

Spam claimed to be from legal team and kept asking about a fictional accident. Asked this chap numerous times to remove my number from list and not call again, but he kept ignoring me and just repeated his script over and over. One of the worse idiot callers I've had.

I got this call today and decided to look it up to find these comments. I never answer my mobile to numbers I Dont know, if it s important they will leave a answer message. Everyone should be doing the same, as once you answer they know you line is active, they will then sell you number to other company s. I used to get at least 7 a day from different numbers but now only recieve 1, most days I don t get any anymore.

Silent call. Nobody spoke, but there was some background noise. Presumably a scam, like many other calls from 01772 numbers.

Possible spam or scam call. Caller mumbled something about BT openreach and tried to have a conversation with me. When I enquired what the call was about, he replied that he "just wanted to talk to me"....???? And then hung up.
This number called and asked for me by my first name. When I asked who was calling he hung up. I have blocked this number- definitely dodgy if he won’t say who he is and why he is calling.

This woman with a very liverpudlian accent rang me today said she was ringing about a RTA I had and ringing to help. When I said it had been sorted and please take my number off your database and stop ringing me it was in 2013. She was so abusive and ended in if you keep your hair on a minute I may take it off. When I rang back to complain the answer says , this number is not in service. Scum just scum speaking to people like this. I am so angry I want to find out who they are.
