I was called by this number and answered. It was from a firm based in Tenerife which is trying to claim back money spent on timeshares.
It’s a prank, they are using an app called prank dial. The app has a variety of different recorded messages. If our call the number back you can request to be block from all calls from prank dial. It is pretty much always safe.
