They ring, you answer, it makes a weird noise then they hang up?

claiming to be from microsoft a lot of back ground noise sounding like a school play ground. When asked was this a scam the call was cut off.

Allan called this afternoon to sell their product at ?3-20 a year to stop all nuisance calls to our landline number. I said I will look into this and call back. He gave me his contact number as 08006226710

Rang twice let phone ring once then hung up,didn t call back as I have been receiving other dubious calls and my number is ex directory.

Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.

Lowell is the caller but every time I pick phone up they never answer.

Indian sounding gentleman saying I had a problem with my internet. Wanting me to turn my computer on. I gave him a reason I could not do this he then wanted to know when he could phone back. Tried putting him off but very insistant. So with any luck I wont be here when he calls next
