These people should be forced to follow the regulations of telemarketing companies as they currently do not! Believe it is Scottish & Southern Electric regarding a planned power cut, but as mentioned in other posts, the female voice is garbled and sounds more like a cold / nuisance call rather than a national utility company.
These calls come from a different number each time. If you block the number they ring back almost immediately from a withheld number.
