Asked for me by my name. Called about life insurance and funeral plans, I'm only 48! I did a phone survey last week, which I told I wasn't interested in life insurance as I have no family to leave the money to. However the survey people just made up the answers, I'm assuming so they can make money out of referrals.
A guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT stated that my telephone bill is going to be reduced. Kept asking questions seemingly to elicit a Yes answer. Totally implausible - BT would contact me direct. Probable scam.
