Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036344xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with energy comparison schemes, government grants, green energy, but also classical PPI, insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

My partner has an ongoing battle with Safari Mobile. When she complained, they produced some detailed-looking reports, but refused to divulge the actual sign-up URL. After several e-mails, they eventually coughed up £50.00 as a 'good will' gesture, but the total owing was over £250.00.
