SCAM / SPAM - called purporting to be from BT Openreach about slow internet. I do currently have a case pending about slow net, so believed them at first. Got suspicious when they said they needed me to share my screen with them. When I asked them for a phone number to call them back on to check who they were they hung up. BEWARE.

Contacted VERY customer services and queried the number to which they stated that it is legitimate and if replied YES to, I will receive a phone call to organise re-ordering or the console.
